Ahh! Life feels fun again and things happening

Yesterday Monday was it school again and eventually in the evening did I and Luke go wt lifting before the kayak training in the Volk's pool. I had unfortunately lost my nose clips that prevent all the water to flowing into my nose and throat when I do my eskimo roll. That implied I was going to sneeze every time I did a roll 'cause I can hardly keep the water out... so after a short time did I change to swimming instead half an hour. I really need to swim more, my technique sucks...

Then today Tuesday has been a really good day. Cori called and woke me up this morning, so we decided to go wt lifting early, on which I then did some running in the sunny and warm Golden. It was just fine running in just an underwear sweater and tights, and I did five tough intervals close to North Table Mt. I haven't done any really tough cardiovascular training in a couple of weeks so I felt really satisfied!

I don't have any classes on Tuesdays but then I went to school for doing some homework and I finished up with a lot of useful work done before I did a short (20 minutes) visit at School of Mines ballroom dancing that has changed day for this semester. Unfortunately was it a dissapointment.... but I still take swing classes downtown Denver so that's why I had to leave, and the dancing at Merc was really good tonight!

First the swing class contained some useful moves and ideas, and then the social dancing after was the funniest I have done in a long time! It was a lot of people without being crowded and many good dancers, a big group from Colorado Springs among others. Also the music was amusing to me and I could dance to pretty much everything, so I danced essentially every dance for almost four hours. It's really funny too when there are so many "new" faces I haven't seen before that the dancing synced really well with. I felt (and feel) I was in a really good mood and I usually show everybody that with my whole body, and I think I did so also tonight. Some girls that looked so negative and almost depressed suddenly brightened up when I asked them for dances and was dancing to them, and that really gives me so much pleasure back!

I feel I probably have been a little run down for a week or two, partially because of the cold I had.... but now life feels so good again and I feel energetic and full of ideas and confidence. School feels manageable and dancing tempt again to give me more fun and koordination, and now also the ordinary endurable training like running start making sense to me and I have started planning for the summer and next fall!

I hope I can transfer some positive and fun thoughts to some of you! And also to myself those days I don't feel 100%
