An ordinary Monday in my Swedish life

Well, this is kind of an ordinary "everyday-day" in my life here...
Woke up about 7ish, quick dressed and biked down to work about 5 min away, downtown. Worked pretty nonstop till 5ish pm, with some different stuff. Programming, e-mail servers that crashed and some other computer related planning. Talked to some people in the US before I left 6ish on my bike, first to a close youth-place for discussing some dancing. I talked to a street/funk troop practicing, and asked about joining them. It was awesome to see, even if the music is different was it so great just seeing an organized practice, working with the entire body in front of the mirrors.

After a while, I kept going for 20 min ride out of town to a weight room gym. Some good training and I took my bike back home. Time about 8ish now. Quick change and collect my kayak stuff and drove down to the sea again (next to my work) and went alone for a wonderful kayak ride, in to the very harbour of the town. Warm summer temperatures (in Sweden) with about 75 degrees, the sun still high in the air and the sea is calm. It was so beatiful, seing the people walking slowly along the quay, people fishing, when I entered the harbour one of my old class mates were sitting there with a bunch of girls so I talked a bit before keep paddling.

10ish I left my kayak and came back home, had some food and was reading another chapter in Frankie Mannings biography and checking e-mails. Boring? Some people may think so, but I was satisfied with it, even if I didn't get any good dancing today.....
