Mehr tanzen, auftritt und eine Workshop in Budapest
Letzte Mittwoch war ich nach Budapest, Ungern, gefahren mit dem Zug. Ich teilnehmte die Lindy Shock, ein echt tolles Tanz camp mit ungefähr 5 Stunden unterrichtung pro Tag, meistens Lindy Hop aber auch Balboa. Abends und Nächte war es natürlich Socialtanzen. Mit mehr als 10-12 Stunden Tanzen jedes Tag war ich todmüde wann ich kam zurück Montag Vormittag. Es hat mir doch echt gefallen und ich möchte gern nächstes Jahr auch teilnehmen.
Übrigens, haben alles fortgesetzt mit Arbeit, Step tanz und rock'n roll. Akrobatik Freitags motiviert mir mehr zu dehnen, als ich bin immer noch zu steif, besonderes in dem Oberkörper.
Gestern hatten wir wider eine auftritt mit der LindyGruppe, in Winnegen, Ostlich von Stuttgart mit ~500 Personen in Publikum. Es war viel spaß aber die Wochenende ist sonst ziemlich langweilig gewesen. Habe auch Mountainbike gefahren und heute 2 Stunden gelauft, aber suche immer noch vor Arbeite bevorgezugt in die Schweiz.
Kann kaum warten für Waterkannt Jam in Hamburg und die andere Lindy Camps die folgende Wochenende!

Last Wednesday I went to Budapest, Hungary, by train. I participated the Lindy Shock, a really great dance camp with about 5 hours classes per day, mostly Lindy Hop and Balboa. Evenings and nights, it was social dancing of course. With more than 10-12 hours dancing every day I was totally exhausted when I came back Monday morning. I really liked it though and I would like to participate also next year. Otherwise, it have all continued to work out, with work, step dancing and rock'n'roll.
Acrobatics in Fridays motivates me to stretch, as I am still too stiff, especially in the upper body. Yesterday we had a show with the Lindy Group in Winnegen, East of Stuttgart with ~ 500 people in the audience. It was a lot of fun but the weekend is pretty boring otherwise have been. I have also been mountain biking and today I ran 2 hours but also I'm still searching for works preferably in Switzerland.
Can hardly wait for Waterkannt Jam in Hamburg and the other Lindy camps the following weekends!
